Extremely hard to find, long discontinued. I used this stuff in college and loved being able to change up my look.
Vibrant, ultra-shiny color. Easy-to-use non-drip mousse.
No ammonia, no peroxide, washes out in 8-10 shampoos.

Never opened, never tested. Box is sealed. I have no idea if this still works.
