If you’re dissatisfied with any Digital World Solution Global (DWS) software product you purchased from https://www.digitalworldsol.com or any of its subdomains, you may contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a refund.

Refund Rules

  • Only software purchased directly from https://www.digitalworldsol.com or any of its subdomains is eligible for a refund, and only if you contact us within 14 days of your purchase.

  • If you purchased our software through a third-party vendor or reseller, your purchase is subject to the return and refund policies of that vendor.

  • If we issue a refund, it should appear on your payment account or credit card statement within 3–5 business days.

  • Upon receipt of a refund, you must uninstall and cease all use of the refunded software, as you no longer hold a valid license.

  • We reserve the right to disable any product keys or accounts associated with refunded products.
